Warehouse Assistant & Logistics Admin

Job Description:

1- School leaver is most welcome to apply / Age 18 years old and above.

2- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

3- Fresh graduate most welcome to apply this position

4- Required Skill(s): Time management skill, Work hard and passion

Job Scope:

1- Transfer Stock to others location, based on location been request.

2- Receives stocks by vendors, customers, or other location warehouses accurately and promptly.

3- Verifies the quantity and stocks received by checking from supplier invoice/DO list.

4- Prepares a receiving report if none is available.

5- Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies.

6- Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print out received note attach with supplier invoices.

7- Preparation of all shipping documentation.

8- Follow despatch to customer place if necessary.

9- Ensure warehouse is maintained on a regular basis.
