Technical Support Consultant

As a technical support employee, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organisation in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as widows system, viruses issues, computer hardware faulty. you’ll be the first person employees will come to.

Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.

Most importantly, as businesses cannot afford to be without the whole system, or individual workstations, for more than the minimum time taken to repair or replace them, your technical support is vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.

You could work for software or equipment suppliers providing after-sales support or companies that specialise in providing IT maintenance and support. Alternatively you may work in house, supporting the rest of the business with their ongoing IT requirements.

Job Description:

Job Scope:

1- Transfer Stock to others location, based on location been request.

2- Receives stocks by vendors, customers, or other location warehouses accurately and promptly.

3- Verifies the quantity and stocks received by checking from supplier invoice/DO list.

4- Prepares a receiving report if none is available.

5- Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies.

6- Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print out received note attach with supplier invoices.

7- Preparation of all shipping documentation.

8- Follow despatch to customer place if necessary.

9- Ensure warehouse is maintained on a regular basis.
